We were doing granny squares in the Wool Haven class today. I had explained how starting with a magic circle not only was great for ensuring all squares look even but was essential when making hats.
So many hats start the same way and so I crocheted this up so I have an example to show them next week.
This is made with Debbie Bliss Rialto – an extra fine merino super wash – which is really nice to crochet with.
