Refund and Returns Policy

My refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. Unless the items are defective, I cannot accept returns of custom products or any products that have been washed or worn.


Once your return is received I will confirm by email. If the item is in the same condition as it was when dispatched your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 working day.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds are usually appear within 48 hours, but can take 5-10 working days to appear on your statements. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please let me know using the contact form
