I can’t remember when my mum started making this. I must have drunk barrels worth of the stuff over the years. She used to make ice lollies out of the orange juice in the summer and it’s the best hot honey and lemon when I was poorly. I’ve added lime and clementine versions, seriously we at the stage if the fruit is hanging around it’s gets turned into cordial.
