    Autumn Wreaths

    My original plan for this month’s project was to make wreaths using fallen leaves. It appears I was premature in my programming as there are hardly any fallen leaves about. Looking back I see we did the leaf printing in October last year.

    When I set up the class schedule in January I wasn’t sure what Autumn Crafts was going to be.  It had to be something that could be enjoyable for people with a range of abilities and if possible have a practical / useful end product as many of the residents prefer that. So I had a think about what Autumn meant to me (apart from Halloween and comfort food) The answer is leaves. I love leaves. The colours, the shapes.     Classes 2018

    Following my to do list in the previous post, it was nice to have my Residential Home classes confirmed this morning for the rest of the year. I enjoy doing them and it is good to hear positive feedback from both the residents and staff.
