I love butternut squash, unfortunately I’m the only one here who does. So when I get one it’s a mix of “Mine all mine” and “how am I going to eat all this?” So I batch cook, mainly soup. Lemon or Lime Drizzle Cake
I love Lemon Drizzle Cake but my husband prefers a lime version so I decided to make one the other week for his birthday

Two day Sourdough Pizza
This recipe ended up a lot more long-winded than I expected (mainly because you have to refer back to another recipe) so I’ve written it up to make sense of it. I’ll admit I didn’t realise it was so drawn out when I started making it. The pizza is cooked in a pan and finished under the grill rather than on a baking tray in the oven.

Sourdough Loaf
So now my starter is bubbling away nicely it was time to make a loaf.

Sourdough Bread Starter
